As the Red Arrows completed a flypast over Buckingham Palace today, the media has reported from the Brecon Beacons SAS inquest and on America's spending against ISIL.
SAS inquest
The Daily Mirror continues to cover updates from the Brecon Beacons inquest, reporting that the coroner has criticised MoD lawyers who searched bins for confidential waste at the building where the inquest is being held. MoD lawyer Jonathan Hall QC said: "The steps taken were to secure that documentation. I accept it was done in a way that was not correct". Elsewhere, the Daily Telegraph, The Sun and Mail write that an Army officer who was running the test march failed to notice that one of the men had not moved for 44 minutes.
ISIL
Figures released by the US yesterday to show that they are spending $9m a day battling ISIL are reported in The Independent and The Times. Meanwhile a leader in The Independent says that the US strategy in Iraq is to avoid sending ground troops to the country.
