Defence Personnel and Veterans Minister Mark Lancaster, who was there to wish the team good luck as they left the UK, said:

It was a pleasure to meet the UK team and be there to wish them luck as they set off for the Invictus Games. I look forward to seeing them again in action and I encourage the nation to get behind our serving personnel and veterans who will be doing us proud in Orlando.
